About Me

With over 15years experience working as an NHS specialist dietitian, I've supported adults living with long term health conditions, particularly those affected by cancer and those who require feeding tubes. Through this work, I've seen first hand how vital emotional and psychological support is, and how often this is overlooked in standard medical care.

This insight led me to retrain as a counsellor. I now bring together my clinical background and therapeutic skills to offer counselling that is compassionate, practical and grounded in real life healthcare experience.

I offer counselling to adults and couples, from my warm and spacious room within my home, in a discreet and quiet location but within easy reach of the town centre, bus and train stations. There is plentiful parking. Clients often enjoy views of the garden, the large oak tree and best of all, my pet chickens digging up the flower beds!

Please note that access to the room is via a steep flight of stairs
